The majority of our stock is available for immediate dispatch from our UK and US facilities. With over $150 million of inventory held across more than 64,000 products, we're able to dispatch valves on lead times that new manufacture simply can't match – often same-day or next-day for in-stock items.
RP Valves operates from two strategic locations. Our UK headquarters is in Mildenhall, Suffolk, where we hold over $150 million of stock across a 135,000 sq ft facility. Our US office is in Pasadena, Texas, serving the American market with its own dedicated inventory as well as direct access to our full UK stock and technical expertise.
RP Valves stocks valves from a number of internationally recognised manufacturers, including Bonney Forge, Della Foglia, Goodwin International, IMI Orton, Kitz Corporation, Shipham and Valvosider. Beyond these core partners, we also hold stock from a wide range of other manufacturers – particularly where hard-to-find or exotic specifications are required.
Yes. RP Valves holds official authorised stockist status with all of our brand partners. This confirms that customers receive genuine products supplied through each manufacturer's approved supply chain, with full traceability and documentation.

Yes. RP Valves operates a dedicated pressure testing facility at our UK headquarters, capable of hydrostatic testing, high pressure gas testing, emission testing and cryogenic testing down to -196°C. All testing is carried out by qualified personnel to international standards including API 598, API 6D and BS EN 12266, with full test reports provided as standard.
Yes. Our in-house modifications team can adapt and re-certify valves to meet precise project specifications – including end connection changes, trim changes, extended bonnets, packing and gasket changes, and NACE conversions for sour service applications. Every modified valve is pressure tested and re-certified before dispatch, with full documentation provided.
Yes. RP Valves painting and blasting facility operates from our UK headquarters, offering surface preparation and protective coating services for valves from ¼" to 48". Our process includes shot blasting, multi-coat painting, curing and full inspection – all carried out in-house to customer specification.
RP Valves holds ISO 9001:2015 certification across both our UK and US facilities. We also hold PED 2014/68/EU and UKCA approvals for pressure equipment supply into European and UK markets, and are an approved supplier to Saudi Aramco – one of the most stringent approval processes in the global energy sector.
RP Valves primary markets are oil, gas, petrochemical and chemical. Our inventory and technical capabilities are specifically geared to the demands of these sectors, though our stock range and in-house services are equally applicable to power generation, pharmaceutical and other process industries.
