End connection changes
Modification of end connections to meet specific project requirements, across a wide range of pressure classes – including raised face, RTJ, butt-welding ends, threaded ends, male and female socket-weld ends, pipe-pups, tongue and groove ends, and flat face.
Trim changes
Replacement or upgrade of internal trim to suit specific service conditions, including stainless steel, Monel, Hastelloy, Duplex, Super Duplex and other exotic alloy materials.
Extended bonnets
Installation of extended bonnets for cryogenic or high-temperature service applications where standard bonnet configurations are insufficient.
Packing and gasket changes
Replacement of packing and gaskets to suit specific media, temperature ranges or emission requirements.
Testing and re-certification
Every modified valve is subject to rigorous in-house pressure testing. Full test reports and re-certification documentation are provided as standard, with third-party witness testing available on request.
Welding
RP Valves’ in-house welding facilities cover a full range of valve modification work – including welded bonnets, pipe-pups, extended bonnets and auxiliary connections. Our personnel hold qualifications and procedures to ASME, PED, CE and UKCA standards.
